It isn’t necessary to have an agent.  Our sales team is trained to assist you with all of your home buying questions.  However, if you are currently working with a Real Estate agent or decide to engage one please make sure the agent accompanies you on your first tour of a Pepper Viner neighborhood.  We ask that agents register with their clients on the first visit.
