Pepper Viner Homes has announced a new Build-on-Your-Lot program that will allow landowners to buy a Pepper Viner home and have it built on their existing property. Over the years, we have received countless requests to build one of our floor plans on someone’s land. The systems weren’t in place to accommodate their requests - Until now.
The Build-on-Your-Lot program will allow you to take advantage of the efficiencies of a production builder while being able to choose a model and customize it. Pepper Viner has always believed in giving homebuyers “more choice”. Our DESIGNflex program allows you to customize the interior space of your home in any of our communities. This flexibility makes it very easy for Pepper Viner to transition to building on your property.
To start the process, a site review is performed. Every foundation has to be engineered and poured for the specific soil at the building site.
Once the preliminaries are verified, Pepper Viner Homes works with you to give you the home you want. You are involved in the process and personalization of the home. There will be a meeting of the minds, a blend of custom home building and production building techniques. You will get the best of both – you will not have to pay to have a house plan drawn by an architect, but you can make modifications to it. You will get the advantage of the contracts and bids we have in place with our trade partners. These reflect the fact that we are building at multiple communities. You will benefit from our “bulk” buying. Most importantly, you will be able to see a finished version of the majority of the homes being offered by visiting the model complex at one of our communities. It can be difficult to visualize a home just by looking at the plans. In this case, you can walk through the model home and know exactly how the home looks and feels and what changes you may want to make.
Pepper Viner Homes then works with you to make the modifications you want. This is our DESIGNflex program taken a step further. We will work with you to customize the home.
